I got into a tiff with my girlfriend and accidentally hit her. I feel paranoid?

Last week, myself and my girlfriend were fooling around in her room, and I got mad turned on, then for some strange reason she went cold and frigid on me, and I got mad, so she played along a bit more, then decided to stop again, so I lost my temper and hit her and pinned her on her bed and nearly had sex with her, then I stopped. I then came to my senses and apologised to her but she's being weird with me lately, so I've been going with her pretty much anywhere she goes, and looking at her texts.

I can't help but be paranoid. I know its wrong, but I don't want her messing sh*t up for me. I do love her, but I have an important rep to keep and I don't feel like getting banged up. We're both 17.

You hit your girlfriend and then tried to rape her, enough said. If she tells anyone, you're pretty much screwed. Serves your sorry ass right though.
 
You should feel paranoid. You have a problem and you need help. The worst part is that you are more worried about your "rep" than the well being of your gf you supposedly love. Gettin turned on while in that situation is sick. I hope she does the right thing, and it's not staying with a selfish woman beater. Get help.
