...other guy at fault.? the cop also didnt issue me a ticket for driving without a DL. he told the both of us to go to the nearest precinct to file a report. and now i keep gettn the run arounds. so, is it worth taking him to small claims court for damages. HELP!
 
yes...if the cops gave him a ticket for the accident and its his fault. Then yes take him to court, call him up and say if you don't pay you will sue him and him to court.
 
you would lose. how do you know the cop found the other guy a fault. did he even file a report.

you were driving without a dl the other guy might not have had insurance. he probably said....let those two deal with it.
