soo....i got hooked in the elbow with a rusty fish hook. some people are telling me i need to get a tetnus shot right away, or i am going to get infection. i do not have a single day off until next week. will that be too late? do i really need one, its been 4 hours and the area isnt even sore, and is it something i should call into work for to go get the shot..?? thanks so much.
