...passenger seat (parked car) help? Ok so first of all i understand what me and my friends did was completely stupid and poor judgement. Im 20 and in the army. my other 2 friends in the car arent tho. but we were parked outside a club and just drinking a couple bud lights and mikes lemonade. 3 cops came up to the car with flashlights and caught us. we each got an underage citation ticket for underage possession of malt beverage and open container in a car (no we werent drinking and driving because the driver wasnt drinking at all plus we were parked) i either go to court and try my luck there or plead guilty and pay the fine which sounds real bad to me. but im busy with the army so if i go to court what will they do to me there? and what would happen if i decided to pay the fine? also for all my army people out there what will my sergeant do to me. im stopping by his house today to tell him what happened idk what and how he'll take it and what kind of army punishment i might get? as you can all see im in a tough situation and its all my fault... i messed up...
