...what will happen? I got caught shoplifting 220 dollars worth of electronics 6 months ago, it was my first anything ever, the max punishment was 600 dollar fine and 180 days in jail, the judge suspended all but 2 and i had to serve the 2 days plus pay the 600, also i was put on porbation for 1 year, i was stealing for money back then, but i got caught again, this time it was tortillas, string cheese and ranch sauce, i was stealing this time because i was laid off and was hungry, my fine was all paid off and the 2 days serves about 5 and a half months ago, now i have a court date in a couple weeks, this will be a type A instead of type B misdemenor since it was the second time, what will happen? how long can i hold off on the court date for by rescheduling? will the judge go easier cuz it was a different circumstance? anything helps, thx
