I bought a car from a seller and the seller gave me the bill of sale and he also have a copy of bill of sale which I print my name and signature. The seller told me that he's going to send the bill of sale to other state so that I get the title from them. I ask the seller how did you ever get plates on this vehicle while the title is from another state. That really worries me alot.
He gave all his information including his drivers license and cell number so that I can trust him.
Now my question is, can I trust this seller or its a scam.
