I got accepted in to a University, but only for the second semester?

I got accepted into a University, but only for the second semester. So I enrolled in another college but just for the first semester and I'm going to transfer my second semester.
I'm doing terrible in one of my classes (like I might fell)
Can the college I am transferring to second semester deny me even though I already got accepted?
 
If you are already accepted then that means you are in. They can probably kick you out and deny you courses if you do not do well in them but if you don't do well in a different colleges courses then it has nothing to do with the university. If you fail the course you are in now you will just have to pay to retake it with either school.
 
Check your admissions - was it a conditional acceptance where you had to take some classes at another college first before transferring? If so, then I'd contact your 2nd semester University and see if there's anything that you need to do to ensure a smooth transfer.
If you just enrolled in the college because you wanted to get some credits out of the way, then you just won't apply to transfer those credits.
