and hold it against me? Okay I got a ticket for driving on the shoulder back in May, and I was granted deferred disposition the "ticket-free" period ends today, but I got a warning for speeding last weekend. I'm trying to see if the warning will show up on my driving record? Will the court see the warning and dismiss my deferred disposition and make me pay the ticket? Or will they never know about the warning and I need to stop worrying? FYI: deferred disposition was granted in Harris county and my warning was given in Madison County. Please help anybody!!!
