The officer claimed that my front tires were stopped over the rear limit line of the crosswalk even though I made a full and complete stop. The ticket makes no mention of how I allegedly violated the law. Does anyone know whether or not there is more than one way to violate this vehicle code? For example, one could fail to stop altogether and be in violation of it, and in a completely different situation one could make a full and complete stop across the rear limit line of a crosswalk or single limit line and be in violation of the vehicle code, right? Please share your views. If one can be in violation of this vehicle code in more than one way, then I should be able to beat the ticket due to lack of evidence. What is the evidence that a judge would require of the police officer? Please advise.
