I got a ticket for biking (bicycle)?

I live in California and yesterday, I got a ticket for not stopping at stop sign while I was biking...which I think it was ridiculous...Anyone knows how much do I have to pay? Would it be equal as the car or less? I have to wait few weeks and I want to know how much before that happen. Also do I get record on my license as well? (Police took my information from license...)
