I apolagize, I have a feeling this is going to be a long question, but it'lll probably end up being about 5 Q's in one.

I want to start doing like an excersise routine, but how do I stay motivated? I know most people set a goal to loose X number of pounds, and are like 'Ok, so if I lose 15 pounds I'll fit back into my fav jeans.' Me, well I'm thin, its just the way I am, I can eat and eat, and it won't show. So for me I have no real goal to set, just to be healthier, there's no real motivation.

What are some healthy, but yummy foods to snack on? I normally eat pretty balanced, pretty healthy, but I'm a teen, so I'm very familiar with junkfood. Since its' summer and I'm home all day, I tend to grab a handfull of chips or something not so healthy to snack on continuously all day. I also, don't eat like 3 huge meals, my breakfast and lunch are always small, cause I 'graze' I eat all day, and then my dinner is my biggest meal. Can you suggest some yummy, easy and healthy snacks?

I need help with a workout routine? I want to get back into running (because I found out I need to run 5k to pass grade 9 gym) I am a fast runner, I have crazy long legs, so I can go fast, but I have my moms running ability. I can't go very far naturally, I really have to work at it. So I was thinking about a workout scheduel looking like this.
SUN - Rest
MON - Workout
TUES - Run
WED -Workout
THUR -Run
FRI - Workout
SAT - Rest

Now I need help with the workout part, for what moves to do and for how long. I want to just basically tone everything. I've been sitting on my butt for the past 2 weeks, so I want to get back in shape for school in Sept.

I'm pretty sure thats it.

Thank you soooo much for taking the time to answer this.
