yes i was driving and on my cell and i know it was wrong i learned my lesson!!! i havent done it in 6 monhts- which is when i got this ticket- ( 6 months ago)- but i figured i could use an excuse or say i have some sort of emergency? but what can i say? i know what i did was wrong, but i dont have money for this ticket..help

plead not guilty and 6 months? why does it take this long to go court for a ticket? where the hell do you live at? anyway. i would love to help you but i have to know where you live at. different laws different places. from your question, the best answer is plead not guilty and work it out with the prosecutor

Actually, your chances of getting a 'not guilty' from the court is very slim.

Your best tactic is to plea to the court to allow you to perform community service or other 'non cash' payment for your fine.

Trying to make 'excuses' will piss off the judge and all your options go out the window.

Be honest and be sincere.

Good Luck
