I got a blood test that measured my hcg levels?

So if I have pin pointed the date to where I conceived, that would leave me at about 1 week pregnant...if sooo. The test showd my levels were less than 1, is there ANY chance I could be pregnant????!! Remember ONLY 1 week.
 
At one week past conception, or three weeks pregnant, your levels are between 0 and 5. If you test again in one more week your numbers will rise if there is a pregnancy.
