ok so i wore my back brace for like a hour and a half last night and i took it off cause it hurt. and this morning i went on the trampoline and i got off and it hurt sooo BAD!!! and idk what to do. i dont wanna go back to my doctor that lives a hour away after i just went there yesterday. what should i do??
i got a back brace yesterday and it hurts a lot today!!?
