I got a 97 Honda civic and the front sorta shacks...?

When I reach to like 45+ it sorts shacks, the faster I go the more it shacks. Also, when I go over a road that needs fixing(I live on an island, lol) I hear a rattling comic g from the front. I feel something is loose but everything seems in order when I check. My tires are fine as are my rotors. Can you help me please? :)
 
Im not really sure what you mean by shacking?
Bottoming out mabey?

You might need to replace your cv joints. Your rotars wont have anything to do with it. Be careful cause front suspension work can get very expensive. You could need rubber bushings too, all that rubber makes a difference.
