power it i want hifonics amp? i want to get this HIFONICS TXI4008 which claims to have (400 watts rms)

how that works.... (bridged now am sure am new to this kinda stuff and not sure what bridged or 2 channel or ohms talk is all about could u guys please try to explain ??
i went to this audio store and the guy told me i precisely need a mono block is this true or i could i use any kind like a 2 channel to power just that one so sub to a good potential ?? thanks i would appreciate the help. o and could you guys recommend any good amps .
