i got 2 pocket bikes,help?

2 stroke pre mix oil mixed at 32:1 or 40:1
16 ounces oil to 4 gallons of gas is a good place to start or 4 ounces oil to 1 gallon. If that is too rich, 16 ounces to 5 gallons
 
ive had them for about 4 years and never used them
i dont know how to start it or anything,what kinda of oil im suposed to put in or anything,someone help,

maybe give me an email cuzz ill prolly have questions
