I go to court to finalize my divorce soon. i know fir sure the ex wont be there?

so will my request be finalized? the court hasnt heard one thing from him, hes n jail, and i have been sending him copies like im supposed to. will i get my requests?
i dont have a lawyer. i i filed the papers myself
