So I love soccer, but I have a MAJOR Problem. I get tired quickly ! Same thing with basketball. it also just happens that I noticed that I can't hold my breath under water for too long, my heart beat increases quickly and my need for oxygen renders me unable to stay too long under water.
I know this has to do with my anaerobic endurance. Any recommendations ?
I do resistance training for mass building by the way, (started about 1.5 months ago) and I'm trying to improve my swimming (even though I'm still terrible at breathing while swimming, my timing is horrible)
if you have an answer , then please be kind enough to explain why your idea would work. I would particularly appreciate it if you could explain how does that relate scientifically to the human body's functionality.
