I get sort of trapped in this weird sleeping state?

What happens is that while your sleeping in the stage 4 deep sleep your major body muscles are paralyzed (hence having dreams that you feel like you cant run) and things like that

to answer your problem it could very well be that your body takes longer to get out of the paralyzed state than most people, but that isnt bad, it actually means your getting more stage 4 deep sleep than other people which is very healthy

its normal don't worry about it. google sleep paralyse and get more info. i find it happens to me when i consume lots of pop, coffee or sugar through out the day and before bed

You need to drink half a gallon or more of water a day...get vitamins, eat enough, sleep at a comfortable temperature.

Also...maybe its a dream with real feelings

like this repeated dream i had a few years ago i think my face was against my pillow every time i had it. I was just having a regular day and started to have alot of trouble breathing. it was very painful and i couldnt talk or breath almost at all.

It's usually when I'm trying to go to sleep, or when I'm already sleeping, and pulling out of a deep sleep.

I know I'm awake.. but it's like my body isn't respoonding at all. My eyes are closed, and I can't open them. I try to cry or yell out, but I'm only breathinggggggg. It takes some real mental effort for me to break through out of it.. I'd guess about 2-3 minutes. I hear my mom telling me to get up and the cat scuffling around. I can hear? But I can't talk????? D:

While in this, I feel... Heavy?

Seriously.. I'm getting scared to even sleep now.. It's 1am and I'm looking for ways to avoid
sleeping.. It started about 2 weeks ago. Not everyday..but most.
