I was a vegan for three years. I am not anymore,m I have been eating meat for about one month now. The only thing is if I eat something with protein an hour before bed, I get really weird nightmares. Sometimes just really obsurd dreams. In the past before being vegan, this never had an effect on me. I always at some kind of protein like cottage cheese before bed. And if I don't eat a snack before bed, I wake up real tired the next day and sleep more that my normal 7 hours. Any suggestions? Is this normal
