I have a Wacom Bamboo tablet I just got, and I'm an artist, so Naturally I like to do quick, and precise pen flicks. But I can't, because the pen seems like it's loading/Lagging when I use it, and every time I click, it constantly gives me this ring that forms, and expands. I think this might be the Cause. Here's a video of me using my tablet to give you a better idea of what I'm talking about.
But whenever I click, it skips, and messes me up.

I just upgraded to this, and I never had these problems before with my Wacom Graphire (SP?) Tablet. My computer is new... and had very good specs. So I am really sure it's not my computer.
