I get injured easy, what should I do/take?

Sup guys. I'm you're typical athletic 22 year old, playing all sorts of sports and lifting weights. But I feel plagued with injuries, something haunting about all my life. I've fractured/sprained both ankles, broken/dislocated fingers, and other numerous injuries. Aside from serious injuries I get aches and pains in wrists and knees easily. I've noticed that the majority of them occur in joints (ankle, elbow, shoulder, knee, ect.). A lot of people joke and tell me to drink more milk, but I honestly drink a gallon of milk a week. Is there something I can take or do to improve my situation? Please don't tell me to stop being active because that does me no good.
