I get B2 visa with work permit

I was going to B2 visa and current states in the next month, but recently a U.S. employer who wants to hire me with all the paper work to know about. No permission to work while I will be in the States is likely to get? Or i go to Russia back in a few months and wait for next April (a month when the U.S. Embassy is considering working visa) because it is temporary work in a hotel and I heard A way needs to have a visa for working with such a person a job is finished higher education.
I would appreciate any advice

Are you asking if it is possible to enter on a B-2 tourist visa after a non-immigrant employment based visas to accommodate your situation? Generally yes, but you might point that your stay will be over before your application is processed. If you are talking about H1B and time permits, you may want to consider premium processing. I'm sorry and yes I am interested in the H2B visa because this type of visa is for non professionals.It would be perfect if I my case, adjust work and then can go back to Russia.
