I'm trying to get fit and I've started going on runs in the afternoons.
I drink enough water during the day, and I make sure I drink a lot before and after I go for a run, but I still end up with a huge headache afterwards. On the days I don't exercise I never have headaches, but on the days I do exercise I always get a headache. I hate headaches and they are so painful, it's starting to put me off getting fit because I can't be motivated if my head hurts after every run.
What can I do about it? (I even had 2 paracetamol tablets and my headache is still here).
