call but he or she never did.? now should i sell it or keep it? how do i bypass the security code?
 
Now I think you shouldn't keep it there is a thing called karma you know. Now try harder to find the owner post a sign saying lost iphone but when they call ask them what the iphone looks like. Try to find something different about it. Because you cant bypass the security code without calling the people who gave the phone the plan. They can only bypass it. Or lie and send it into iphone store and get them to defragment it and get the pass out.
