i just recently found a verizon lg env3 and i think it was on a plan at one time it has no contacts no pictures no nothing and im just wondering if i am able to switch it to my plan without getting into trouble and if it would effect me if it was reported lost or stolen??? please help the screen says initial programming needed i also need to know if i add it to my plan if i could get in trouble???
