I tried finding who it belongs to and i cant figure it out so don't give me a lecture about it. i want to use it, but it's on a plan and i'm not the one to use it and have the other person's family or person have to pay for my usage. Is there anyway i can still use it, switch the number, and get a plan on my name so it bills to me? the phone is an LG enV touch.
