there again but what should I do? They didnt have gloves on obviously, and everytime i think about it I almost puke. So other than calling corporate what should I do?
Ya my proof would be the fingernail wrapped up in food i spit out, duh!
How is that innocent, they werent wearing gloves when they are sopossed to be?
 
Unless you where hurt,or got very ill, you really don't have grounds to sue for damages.



You can tarnish their reputation though, call the newspaper and report it !

I found a fingernail in my taco last year and was compensated from taco bell after hiring an attorney. It could be employees getting kicks or some other devious reason. There are too many fingernail stories about Taco Bell. Good Luck, and I know it is grossssss. I'm sure you gag when you think about it, I did.
