...am i a thief? it was sitting outside my friends shop all day since the morning as if someone threw it away! im afraid i might accidentally register a stolen bike or get in trouble for "stealing" one thats already been registered. My dad wont let me ride without a license, please im in need of help no smart ass answers please!
