3x^2-4x=2x^2+2

x = [ 4 ± √ ( 16 + 80 ) ] / 2

x = [ 4 ± √ ( 96 ) ] / 2

x = [ 4 ± 4 √ 6 ] / 2

x = 2 ± 2 √ 6
