Has this every happened to anyone? I went over a series of roots and there was a hole at the end that I didn't see. My front wheel got stuck and I flipped over my handle bars! I was going pretty slowly and didn't hurt my self although am concerned that a spinal injury could have happened. Do bikers frequently fall like this? How dangerous is it?
