to my phone now all it does is resets over and over again is there a program to access it when the phone is off or a way to master reset it manually
 
how many times is it necessary to post this? be quick and you can change the phone to airplane mode which will prevent it from loading the prl. you can then load your old prl back onto the phone!
 
i loaded it with pst, and to the other simple3 you cant load airplane mode in less then a half of a second, it seems you always have something negative to say to people.
 
first off... let's get something straight.. you are the 'other'
secondly.. what did i have negative to say? that you double posted? it's a fact, not me being mean.. I told you how to fix it. you actually get a lot more than .5 seconRAB. before i learned that method i was able to copy an entire address book of aprox 150 contacts by hand through repeatedly accessing the contacts and spelling the name of the last contact i got to skip down. i was able to write down about 2-3 contacts at a time. (yes this was a huge PITA) if you are not able to get it into airplane mode you can boot the phone into bootloader by removing the battery (to break the reboot cycle) and holding * and # simultaniously while turning on the phone. you can then flash a monster pack onto the phone once in bootloader.

edit: yes i normally am an a-hole.. but i really don't think i said anything mean to you =(
