SO I used to be very very disciplined about working out, even if I had a big test the next morning I would still work out. Although now I don't have the same discipline, I can't find myself to be that strict. I keep saying this week I'm gonna exercise 6 times but then I only do 2 or three. I'm trying to condition myself for swimming this year and I do want to be more toned, maybe lose a few lbs because my BMI is a bit high but I am not overweight. So do you guys have any tips on what might help me be more discipline about exercising? Anything to help me get back in the groove?
