Not yet, but I can see that being a feature sometime soon.

As of now you can only rip Audio CD's to the HDD (not MP3).

It is a video game console, how much more do you want it to do ?

It'll play DVDs, and in a few months there will be a HD-DVD addon drive avaible for 100 bucks.

Arcade games are sick, make sure to get Geometry Wars and Marble Blast Ultra, IMO the two best Arcade games avaible right now.
