i fell into the drainage pit at the car wash?

there was a missing grate. it was disgusting. about 4ft deep. i scraped up my hand broke my shoes and hurt my foot. should i see a doctor, sue them?? i don't know. there was not an attendant on site and we took pictures.
 
Sueing them may be a bit extreme, but if you got hurt and was exposed to that dirty water, I definetly recommend seeing a doctor. Just to make sure there's no infection. Also I would complain to the manager of that car wash, and make sure they get the grate replaced.
