I was walking down my carpet covered house stairs with socks on and fell down on my butt and also landed ackward on my shoulder. My shoulder is hurting and was wondering if I should but ice on it or sports cream? I can move my arm fine, so its not broke just feels sore! And if it was broke, I would go to doctor, but it seems just a sore, maybe pulled a muscle or strained it! Thanks!
