i feel weird in the groin?

ive had this awkward feeling around my groin for a while now. Its similar to the feeling after bengay wears off on its intensity. I got it first in February and it went away in like April and now its back, i don't get any bumps besides my egzima, it will circle around apparently and will stay there for a couple of minutes and then leave to another area, other times it will be gone, i don't get a cold or flu or nothing and ive been urinating more lately no burning besides when i drink to much soda. ive been looking up stuff and i could be a couple of things like diabetes or sumthing because that's in my family,i cant go to the doctor at the moment because i don't feel comfortable to talk to my parents about it now. im not really to paranoid about it but i just want a clue of what it is, regardless if its temporary(hopefully) or not ill live or die(that will suck) with it.im 17
