i feel tired from when I get up and have to struggle through the day. I've had tests

before,which were Ok, how? Does anyone have any tips for not being tired, I take vitamins, which I don't think help.
Some days I just have to go back to bed and sleep, but can't do that when I have to go to work or something(obviously), I just yawn all day
I also have had depression as well and am taking anti-depressants which I realise can make you tired , but I feel terrible when i don't take them ,just totally depressed and stressed out.
Any advice would be appreciated
 
What time of the day are you taking your anti depressants? It could be as simple as adjusting the time you take them. It could also be that if you just began taking them enough time may have not passed for the medicine to work fully. The third thought is that the dosage itself may not be strong enough and you should talk to your doctor about adjusting it.

How is your diet. Alot of times our diet is what makes us feel bad.
Drink plenty of water and exercise

I feel the best when I am tottally of sugar and eating an almost vegan diet. I like to juice and eat plenty of green leafy foods.

I was tired like that until about 2 years ago.
