I feel this weird spirit around my top head/ eye area. I got it from this crazy person?

So, let me get this straight. You're saying you have "this weird spirit around the top of my head," and you're calling someone else "crazy."

Wow. Just... Wow.

By the way, sometimes it doesn't "pay" to be nice, but that shouldn't be the point. That someone may be having a horrible day that you could possibly turn into a good day simply by being nice should be enough.

I used to work with at this place. we were not close at all. I knew her name. anyway, she saw me yesterday and followed me for 5-6 blocks and was determined to get me to say say hello to her. I thought it was a crazy person keep telling me to stop. Then she wanted a hug, I really, really did not want to hug her, but I gave her a hug ( for ignoring her for 5 - blocks), then she hugged me again. After that, I felt really uggy and haven't felt the same. Hey all of a sudden I feel cured. The lesson is, don't hug any body just to be nice. It is not worth it. Can you contribute some?
 
So what exactly does a so-called spirit "feel" like? Uggy? Are you sure it has nothing to do with the sheer fact that you were hugged against your will by some pushy weirdo?
