the first yr of college is usually easier than senior yr at h.s. It's prob the work and school at the same time that's making it seem so hard. Just put off any extra fun activities until wkend or your day off, and only go to school and work for a wk or so.

EDIT: not saying you have to do it, its something i would do in your situation.
photography, arts, filming, or just sightseeing.

So I have just started my first year in college & I feel stressed already but the thing is im only part time student, so maybe this is teaching me the "Hey welcome to the real world..." saying, idk but I have been working a lot lately which is good but like 32 or so hours this week & like 30 some vocab words I need to know in a few days .. & reading a lot is just stressful for me right now, because I was use to the easy breezy life in highschool, well I was a hardworking student , but this is way harder!

Slow down and take a deep breath, this is sort of welcome to the real world for you. College and work are two major things that many people take on one at a time and they have issues with it. I applaud you for doing both. The key here for you is to have good time management. Make time in your schedule just for studying and nothing else. You also need to make time just for you, no school, no work, just you and something fun you like to do. This will be a good stress reliever. It will help you have a goal to work towards and it will help you think clearer when it comes to your other tasks that you have to complete. Just take it one step at a time and you will do fine. I wish you the best :)

You just have to learn the proper balance. Balancing school, work, extracurriculars and freetime.
I work 40 hrs a week and I go to school full-time (15 credits). I'm entering my sophomore year of college with a 3.5 GPA. I also volunteer every Saturday and I'm on my school's Campus Activities Board. Create gaps during the day where you can sit and relax. Take a nap if you need to. You don't have to be GO GO Go every second of the day.

Find relaxing activities to use during your down time. Reading a book, sport, watching a movie etc.

I personally get massages once a month, but I can understand not everyone can afford to do that.

to be honest if i were you i would take a year off to think about things. But yet again maybe it is the real worled but look at it this way. If you try hard at the class and fail it so bei it you tried hard thats all that matters.
