Is it legal for my work to advertise my job before they have sacked me?
i have been having a horrible time at work with my boss being so picky and constant emails saying what i have done wrong. he even sent me an email the other day saying 'sarah its your turn for bin duty' and sent it to the whole company. it has made going into work really hard and i have not been sleeping or eating and i got up today and was so stressed and shaky i couldt walk and had to phone in sick. i have obviously been looking for other jobs and have seen my job advertised for less money and fewer houres, and am now wondering if ths has not been a campaign to get rid of me??? any thoughts would be welcomed
