little while? Normal? I don't know why, but after I eat waffles, cereal, pancakes, those kinds of things I feel just....bad. It usually takes about 5 to 15 minutes for me to feel that way and it usually lasts about that long too. My throat feels a little tight and my stomach feels like I have minor stomach cramps. I guess it could just be from too much sugar, but I don't usually have very sugary things with any of those. My cereal isn't very sugary at all, and on waffles and pancakes I usually put applesauce (with no sugar added) and raspberry preserves. So it's not like I'm eating a pool of syrup as well. So that makes me think it's not that (besides, I have a high tolerance for sugary things and I don't eat them that often anyways.)
