I already asked this yesterday... But... This one has a bit more to it...
Basically, whenever I eat something, I'll exercises a lot.
I only run and everything because I feel kind of crappy compared to all my friends. :/
I have a pretty good build for a 13 year old, I weigh 83 pounds...
But they seem thinner than me... >.<
Right after I eat, I'll run a mile, or I'll be doing crunches for my abs for 2 hours...
Now, I decided to take it a step further .
I didn't eat anything yesterday except for 2 sandwiches, a lot of water, and that's all...
I went to bed feeling empty but I felt good. :/
Right now, I'm starving but I don't want to eat because we're going to Banff later on and I can't run a mile before that time. >.<
How do I convince myself to eat? =(
I don't want to gain weight, but I'm starving. T__T
And no... I'm not anorexic or bulimic.
