Breakfast:
Canteloupe
1 boiled egg white
Lunch:
Canteloupe
1 slice weight watchers bread(40)
1 piece of ham(30)
Snack:
2 peanut butter crackers(60)
Dinner:
French dip sandwhich
Little Salad
Then dessert i had to medium size slices of a carmal and chocolate covered Apple!!!
OMG-i know
I feel awful...
I took a 40 min walk but thts all the exercise! Bleh will this hurt me?! What can i do tomorrow like exercise to make up for that apple?!
Please help me, i feel scarred i'm going to gain from this....
