Do you drink a lot of coffee? If so you may notice an improvement if you cut back coffee and all caffeine are diuretics . A muscle that is not properly hydrated will get tired faster and will be more likely to cramp. Muscles also need fluids to heal.My husband works a repetetive factory job and he has the same problem from time to time you also might try a good multi vitamin . Ok thought I had something else to add , guess not anyways good luck.

Thanks watson. I do drink a bit of coffee, but not that much compared to alot of people I know. Then again, alot of the people I know are a fair bit bigger than me so they'd be able to handle a fair bit more caffeine than me.

I also do not take any vitamins, even multivitamins. Partially because my parents are health "freaks", so they're all into that stuff, and that turned me off of it. Right now I don't have cash to buy vitamins, but now that you mentioned it I will start buying multi's as soon as I can afford it.

Anyways, I got a few people over and we're drinkin' beer, so I gotta go.

Gimme a fucking break, you tearful Nancy. Hello? Physical labor will make you sore. Sitting will make you sore if you do it long enough. It's not that you can't do it. It's that you lack discipline and you need a foot in your ass to geht you motivated. Look at body builders. They can bench press you with their little toes. Do you think they geht sore? Fuck yeah they do. Discipline and tenacity, two things that geht those muscle bound bastards exactly what they want. A perfectly chiseled body with 2% body fat, and nutritionally damned near death.

Consider yourself lucky and geht off of your chubby ass.

Gehtfuct, you totally made me crack up!

First of all, I've been at this job for almost two years. Of course for the first few weeks I was sore, until I got used to the work. Then I was fine for a year. During that time I was one of their most productive employees. After that I started feeling the repurcussions of the job. I had to get my right elbow bumped back into place last summer, and then about a month ago I started having other problems.

It may be attributed to my diet, but yet the job is wearing me out. I know other guys at the shop who complain about being quite sore at the end of random days, no matter what job they were on that day.

I've been thinking for a while about finding another job anyway, as this is a dead-end job. I talked to a friend/coworker today about it, and he gave me a couple tips on writing up a resume, which is something I haven't had to do before now. So I'll try to work on that over the weekend, and then on Monday I'll go into town and hand in my resume at a few places. I can think of two or three places offhand where I'd like to work, and would probably get a job, but I'll also check the newspaper and online work ads over the weekend.

Yeah gehtfuct; at 5'5", 120, I'm pretty fucking fat.
