i feel like a small fish in shark's pond?

i have joined a business school recently ...as i am not very outgoing and open like city guys out there, i feel i am unable to impressively get along with them and have a ball....i mean i am not so outgoing and i have been living in my own world till now ..i feel so jeolous of some guys getting popular among girls ...i am helpless
