I feel and have symptoms that I'm pregnant, but I'm scarred to take a test.?

I was in the hospital because I had a knot on my upper left side of the stomach about 3 weeks ago. The doctor said that it's probably gastritis they also took a pregnancy test and it came out negative. Since, I was at the hospital and before I've been natious, every time I eat something that I'm craving I throw up. I'm tired all the time, my lower back hurts, my boobs feel hard and it kind of hurts a little bit especially my left one. My husband is also natious and he has the sensation of throwing up. The last time I got my period was July 11; do you think I can be pregnant? I'm scarred that I might not be because we've been trying for a long time and nothing. But I never felt like this before.
