already. im taking my third tomorrow and i need help/confirm some things that i am unsure of. please help me 
1. when you are in an intersection and you want to turn right but the light is red (& there are no signs that says 'no right on red') do i do a full stop at the stop line (count 3 secs. [a full 3 secs is required at every stop sign etc. where i live]), yield to make sure its clear and then go? even though the light is still red?
2) if theres a construction sign that says, 20 mph (orange sign) but theres no construction thats going on, do i still have to go 20 mph during my road test even if all the other chars are moving at 30 mph?
