hey i am 16, and i took the driving test last Thursday and i passed the driving part of it pretty well. i had points taken off for something with my stops (probably because i was being insane about making sure the stops were complete) and i had some points taken off for one of my left turns being too narrow of a turn ? anyways i passed that part easily. then i got to the maneuverability part (parallel parking) and i failed it horribly..
so then today i retook it. i was much closer, but i failed it again. i had to start on the right side of the point cone, i nipped the cone on the right in the first set, then the cone on the left in the back set with the rear wheel well, and i was going to hit it with my mirror and i would have failed, so i restarted. i ended up touching another cone with my mirror. i just cant get it.
so next Saturday i am going to take it again at a different testing site. and i am also going to rent a small car to take it in instead of a pretty big SUV. i have been using a 2006 Saturn Vue. its pretty long and pretty wide. if i would have had 2 inches off in width, i would have passed. so im gonna rent a chevy aveo or something lol. it will be like a foot and a half shorter and like 7 inches narrower
hopefully i pass.... but i still gotta wait a week
